Manzoni Bianco is a fresh and aromatic wine, the result of an innovative agronomic selection by Prof. Luigi Manzoni, who crossed Rhine Riesling and Pinot Bianco, creating what is now a symbol of Treviso’s viticulture. We like it for its notes of white flowers and tropical fruit, combined with its pleasant acidity. This wine captivates with its uniqueness and its long, lingering finish, making it perfect for pairings featuring aromatic herbs, asparagus, or fish.
